It currently has more than 45 employees, including 4 national level experts, 2 senior technical personnel, 2 doctoral personnel, and 11 college and secondary technical personnel. It was listed as a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise in Fujian Province in 2021, and as a national high-tech enterprise in 2023 Fujian Province's "specialized, refined, unique, and new" enterprises. The management and R&D team is composed of core members of the company, technical teams from Fujian Normal University, South China Agricultural University, and Xiamen University.
