Equipped with supporting multi-level fermentation platforms such as 5L, 20L, and 100L, combined with digital technology, it can monitor and provide real-time feedback on multiple fermentation parameters such as temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, and feed, determine the optimal process conditions, ensure strain stability, and improve equipment utilization. At the same time, a downstream extraction workshop is equipped for the separation and purification of fermentation broth, which can achieve the full set of application and landing processes of product "small-scale optimization, pilot scale expansion, large-scale fermentation, and efficient extraction".
